Cooked chicken with an elevated temperature of 62F inside of the deli style cooler at the front service line. PIC stated that the chicken had been cooked from earlier in the day. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being cooled prior to being placed out for service. All other foods inside of the unit were at below 41F.

Evidence of what appears to be rodent droppings on the corner of the basement floor. Address and clean to remove. Pest control reports were up to date at the time of the visit..
