While running the dishwasher in the main kitchen area water leaks out of the grease trap located right below the hand sink. Address and make all of the necessary repairs. Call was placed at the time of the re-inspection for repairs to be made. All other violations had been addressed and corrected at the time of the visit. Dishwasher is not to be used until leak has been repaired. 3 Bay sink is to be used in place of it.
