Provide proper volume of refrigeration and freezer volume at this area.Presently there is a tall boy fridge which contains back up items for the grill which is inoperable replace this volume of refrigeration at this location.There is also a sandwich/salad unit inoperable which needs to feed ready to go grill items and a tall boy freezer which is inoperable which should contain the fries at slacking etc. With this volume of refrigeration and freezer capacity gone from the front line cooks are forced to go back to the walk in in rear to get supplies. Replace volme of all units.
