Observed rodent activity on the shelving underneath the cash register and under the 3 bay sink. Clean to remove rodent droppings. Observed a dead mouse on the bottom of the basement stairs. Remove. Observed flies upstairs and a fly strip hanging from the ceiling next to the walk in refrigeration unit. Remove fly strip. Contact a licensed plumber and provide a detailed IPM report. Remove stagnant water from the water to help prevent with rodent activity.
