Interior of True upright 2 door freezer affected by sewage backup.Observed frozen sewage inside unit.Observed that there is affected product.Interior product of freezer to be Embargoed per City of Boston Health Department. See attached inventory & Embargo form. Upon re-inspection on 1.17.17 interior contents of the true upright 2 door freezer were inventoried for condemnation & Properly disposed in the on site trash compactor. An extension has been provided for the Cleaning Disinfecting & De oderizing of the 2 door freezer unit.Freezer is to remain out of service until re-inspected by the Health Department.
