PIC must dispose all exposed food items per disposal order clean/sanitize/disinfect all affected floors walls surfaces repair/recharge fire suppression system (hood sticker was observed to be expired as of 5.11.19) have hood system properly serviced post new sticker. PIC to also provide all repair cleaning/sanitizing hood service documentation receive building fire approval be re-inspected by health department before OK to re-open
