PIC will need to do a deep cleaning and have pest control come out a few times to address any issues. Please check the notes by the inspector so you know what has to be fixed and cleaned. At this time found grime build up under and behind equipment. Droppings around the hot water heater and on top of the dishwasher. PIC should be checking each day and cleaning and reporting this to the pest inspector. PIC will need to email me the last few repots PIC did not have them on hand. 10-11-24 PIC has emailed me the last few reports to review. PIC will need to continue with the cleaning. Pest control was out last Friday and will be back every two weeks. Please review notes in reports and make any repairs needed. Droppings found on dishwasher this visit. This is an area that you and pest control will need to address and clean and check each day.
