The chemical dish washer is not operating properly. It appears that the sanitizing line has lost its prime. The dish washer is not equipped with a manual primer. Staff have placed a service call with Accu-Chem. Dishes glassware etc. will be washed within the dish machine and sanitized within the three-basin sink until the dish washer has been repaired.
