The dishwasher upstairs is washing at 155F and rinsing at 160F. Provide proper wash and rinse temperatures to be sure that equipment is being cleaned and sanitized. (Equipment will be run through the three compartment sink or the main dishwasher until this dishwasher is repaired)

INVISIBLE KILLERS: Bacteria survive on 'clean-looking' surfaces for days. Inadequate sanitization caused Salmonella outbreak affecting 1,500 people via ice cream.
