baseboard to wall in corner of kitchen is detached from wall surface. Repair damaged baseboard. Stained ceiling tiles on ceiling of the kitchen. RAeplace stained ceiling tiles. Wall surface around the hand sink is damaged and faslling apart. Repair wall surface. Flaking paint on exterior of electrical panel at prep area. Reseal surface of electrical panel.
