8-404.11 Imminent Health Hazard. Sewerage leaking from rear of restaurant. Cease operations until repairs are made and clearance given from all involved city agencies. Provided imminent health hazard handout to the PIC Peter Chew. Peter Chew on site listed on permit as owner stated that he is the former owner. Jia Mai is current owner per Peter Chew on site. Current owner must apply for license at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue 4th Floor Health Division ASAP.

Outside dumpster storage area with grease stains and soils on asphalt trash and debri around dumpster and waste oil container. Clean to remove. Dumpster on wheels stopped by cinder block on an incline remove wheels on dumpster as it poses a safety hazard should the dumpster be bumped from cinder block being used as a stop block.
