Insects Rodents Animals
There are rodent droppings in the upstairs storage area in the bulk food storage area and in hte basement. The owner showed monthly pest reports from A1 extermination but there does not appear to be any improvement. Provide IPM reports and make sure that the establishment is doing their part in eradicating the pest problems. Increase cleaning and pest treatments until the problem is under control.

DISEASE VECTORS: Mice produce 50-75 droppings daily containing Salmonella, Hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 types of bacteria, 6 parasitic worms.
