Prevention of Contamination from Hands
Hot dog rolls being placed on the grill to lightly toast using bare hands - product was voluntarily discarded. Spoke with the PIC and he assured me this would not happen again as he sent the employee in question home for the day. Observed his cart at several other times throughout the day and did not see the same violation occur
