1.Staff observed cutting avocado and plating in kitchen without gloves on. 2.Staff observed slicing oranges at the bar for garnishment without gloves on. 3.Staff observed picking up garnishment with bare hands to place in drinks. PIC discarded provide tongs to pick up garnishments and directed staff to put gloves on for prep. Retrain staff on proper handling of rte food.
