Cooked potaoe salad and sliced tomatoe's with elevated temperatures of approximately 51F. PIC stated that the foods had been prepared from earlier in the day. Ensure proper cooling methods are in place prior to being placed out for service. Foods were removed from the unit at the time of the inspection.
