Several foods inside of the open air salad bar with varying temperatures from 40-51F. Possibly happening do to only 1 side of the metal pans coming in contact with the chilled bin.. Address and ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41 F and below. PIC took corrective actions at the time of the inspection.

Pipe under the single bay preparation sink is leaking. Faucet of the single bay sink is leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs.
