Wiping Cloths Clean Sanitize
BETWEEN USE-store the wiping clothes in a sanitizing solution -set up 2 buckets --1. marked RAW for clothes used on raw food contact surfaces- & 1. marked R.T.E ( ready to eat ) for clothes used on ready to eat food contact surfaces- this is to help kill " germs " on clothes and to help prevent the spreading of "germs " with contaminated clothes-CHANGE the solution every 4 hours--PROVIDE the proper sanitizer test kit -to test sanitzer at proper mix.
