Handsink by warewash area had ice and food particles inside- Discontinue dumping inside sink and I observed chef get water from the sink in a bowl- Discard and properly use sink for handwashing only. Handsink located on the cookline - was obstructed with large trash barrel and also had a container inside the sink making it impossible for staff to wash hands. - Train staff handsinks are to be used for no other purpose other than handwashing
