Cooking Line- Refrigerating Unit used to store burgers registering 54F. PIC removed the PHFs and placed them in another refrigerating unit. Repair to Maintain 41F or below. No PHFs will be stored in the above unit until repair takes place. Serving Line- Refrigerator previously used for bottled juices storage broken/out of order. Repair or replace. Serving Line- Refrigerator used for storage of sauces with broken wheel/base. It is replaced with a paper roll. Repair properly.
