Water at handsinks located at deli and at entrance to catering kitchen at 49F/64F. After running water for 5 -7 minutes it bacame warmer and had a temperature of 83-91F. Ensure water is maintained at 110F for proper handwashing. Both sinks equipped with mixing valves and water is turned on by pedal. Additional sinks available for staff use
