Non-Food Contact Surfaces Clean
Clean the exterior of the bulk storage bins containing cornstarch flour etc. Clean the exterior of the storage buckets containing soy sauce and other food items. Remove the soiled aluminum foil from the shelving. Maintain the shelving clean and orderly when not in use.

Clean Equipment & Utensils Storage
Non-food contact surfaces such as the preparation tables should be cleaned and sanitized between each use to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Several meat scraps were observed on the table where traces containing other products had been set. The table should have been cleaned and sanitized to remove the meat scraps before any other products were introduced to the area.
