Three Compartment Sink
The basins of the current three bay sink on site are not large enough to properly submerge the largest food grade utensil pot and pans in use at the restaurant. The large blue food containers that shall be used to hold acidified rice cannot be cleaned and sanitized properly if they do not fit. PIC is interested in replacing this with a larger one with acceptable drainboards
